4. How secure are your storage units?

Our Somerset storage facility is highly secure, with:

You get free, unlimited access during our convenient opening hours:

Our storage is fully flexible. You can store from as little as 14 days to as long as you need, and only need to give 14 days’ notice to leave. You can also upgrade or downsize your unit anytime.

7. Do I need insurance for my stored items?

Yes, all customers must have contents protection for their goods. We can arrange affordable protection cover for you, giving complete peace of mind.

8. What storage unit sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of storage units, from small lockers for a few boxes to larger units for full household or business storage. Our team can help you choose the perfect size to avoid paying for space you don’t need.

9. How do I pay for my storage unit?

Payments are simple and secure. You can pay online, by debit or credit card, or set up automatic payments. Rent is paid in advance every 4 weeks or monthly.

10. Do you provide packing materials and moving help?

Yes. We sell boxes, bubble wrap, tape and packing supplies on site. Trolleys are free to use.
